2. Orders, Authenticity & Pricing

• Handloom Variations: Handcrafted garments (including raw silks, zari weaves, chanderi, and natural dyes) may feature subtle yarn variations and textural nuances that celebrate the authenticity of hand-loomed textiles.
• Pricing & Invoicing: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST and taxes unless explicitly indicated during international checkout.
• Order Confirmation: An electronic receipt with order tracking details will be dispatched immediately upon payment confirmation via authorized gateway partners.

3. Sizing & Custom Alterations

• Please review our comprehensive Size Guide prior to placing your order.
• Free-size, semi-stitched, or unstitched sets can be custom-tailored to individual measurements. Custom-tailored pieces cannot be canceled once fabrication commences.

4. Shipping, Customs & Delivery

• Domestic Shipping (India): Standard delivery within 3 to 7 business days with express tracking.
• International Shipping: Dispatched via premium global couriers with estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days. International duties, import VAT, and local customs clearance fees (if applicable) remain the recipient's responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

• Sudea Closet shall not be liable for incidental delays arising from natural contingencies, transit disruptions, or customs holding periods.
