• Processing Time: Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Bespoke or tailored items require 5–7 business days for hand-finishing.
• Express Tracking: Every package is insured and dispatched with a live tracking link sent via SMS and email.

2. Exchange & Return Policy

We strive for complete satisfaction with every handcrafted garment.

• 7-Day Return Window: You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.
• Condition: Garments must remain unworn, unaltered, with original designer tags, safety seals, and packaging intact.
• Bespoke / Custom-Tailored: Custom-tailored pieces altered to non-standard sizing are non-refundable unless verified defective upon delivery.

3. Return Procedure & Refunds

   Our courier partner will arrange doorstep pickup.
